Off To Kindergarten

The first Day of Kindergarten went well. Jackson was very excited and couldn't wait to get on the bus. The whole family waited at the bus stop along with Maddy (Jackson's friend) and her family. When the bus came they both got on and we hopped in our van and went up to school to meet them at school. He was very happy and excited when he got off the bus and he remembered exactly where Mrs. Huggins classroom was. After he put away his backpack and put his name on the smart board we gave him hugs and off we went. Mommy cried (but just a little) and Izzie cried because she didn't want to leave "Her Jackson". It was very sweet!
This is the poem that Mrs. Huggins gave us parents at orientation. I cried of course!
